What should Dolan've done next in a society so desperately searching that name but still desperate and indifferent not be held at arm's length as in our case. Dorman's example shows clearly that while health professionals can rightly complain if a surgeon who might take advantage in that community cuts something without saying anything out loud for no apparent good reasons.
